Effectively managing your data includes being able to easily integrate it with the applications you use for analysis. Biotrue has a published API that allows direct integration of applications with CDMS. Examples of commercial integrations are Flowjo® software for analysis of flow cytometry data and Living Image® software and IVIS® imaging systems by Xenogen. Customers have also used our API to integrate CDMS to their own applications. Biotrue continues to develop file parsers to allow parsing of metadata. We also publish documentation on writing file parsers that has been used by customers to develop parsers for customer file types. .
